  The staff in the workshop are amazing! After a recent stack my bike was a bit knocked around. I had been thinking of buying a new bike but wasn’t quiet ready to part with the cash so thought I’d just get the current bike patched up. In the end I needed a new rim which made the whole thing a bit more expensive than I had expected but the guys in the workshop went above and beyond in getting my bike back on the road fixing lots of little things, including replacing a front gear shifter - that I was happy to live without - with a secondhand one they had laying around the workshop. All up I feel like my bike is in better shape than before the stack and it will easily be another year before I have to think about buying a new bike. And in the interim I’ll always go back to Omafiets for my bike services from these wonderful folk.

  Looking for an eBike, the Orbea Gain F40 popped out with a great combination of assistance, clean looks, light weight and reasonable price. Garth at Omafiets was extremely helpful, checking through our thinking and offering a test ride with a couple of useful climbs at Sydney Park. We realised the Gain didn't offer the level of oomph required, and Garth suggested trying one of their rental bikes which had a mid-mounted motor with more torque. The back-to-back comparison was enough to steer us in the right direction, and we plumped for a Focus Paralane2. Great service - thanks guys!

  Amazing shop with a very different selection of equipment and bikes than your standard bike store, a strong focus on bike packing, touring and cargo bikes it's the place to go in Sydney for those disciplines

  Just got my baby back from Omafiets and I could not be happier. I feel like I'm gliding on the smoothest and silkiest bike I've ever ridden and all they did was give it a service!!!
  Definitely taking my baby back there next time I need anything.
  I also wanted to add the staff are the friendliest bike shop staff I've ever met. And great prices as well.
