- D R Added December 28, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I’m not one for reviews myself but given the lack of customer service I’ve experienced while shopping for a MC in Sydney I thought I’d better give Darrel a glowing review.
Unlike other dealerships I found him to be exceedingly helpful and informative.
Furthermore, when he identified that they didn’t have the bike I was looking for in stock he went online and located options at unaffiliated stores; with no benefit to himself.
Given my experience of other dealers customer service skills Im almost inclined to wait until Close MC get the model I want in so I can purchase it from them.
