Chris took every care to make sure the photos were correct, gave me a few choices to pick from and cut them up for me herself. She provided exemplary service and didn’t rush me at all. Came back with physical ID - told they won't accept the package after 2pm - information that would have been useful during my first visit.

She looks to be an Asian with long hair dyed in brown. She tried to imply that I was cutting the queue. I rebutted her accusation, and she just said OK. She never realized how impolite and disrespectful she was.
It was another customer who had to take passport photo which made the queue flow unclear. I can understand because of the limited space of the shop, but she should be talking in a nice way.
It is not the first time I saw her being so impolite. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt first time but now I must speak it out. She had no excuse for his horrific attitude.
